✈INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ✈
Are now using a courier service
This is due to the shambolic mail services who continually lose/delay parcels and then I am left to reimburse customers with little comeback with the post office. As a small maker, I cannot affort this, therefore I have no option to but to use a more reliable, but expensive courier for International deliveries outside of Europe until further notice. I apologise for the inconvience.
UPS or similar is usually around £35 for a MIDI device say to the US/Canada. 4-5 day service.
INTERNATIONAL & EU orders will be dispatched each Thursday. Orders received after 13:00 on the Wednesday, will be carried over to the following week.
UK orders go every other day.

Some delays due to misunderstandings over the status of Northern Ireland within the EU may still happen especially with French and German customs although this has improved greatly.
