It's two distinct devices in one.

V to S Trig / S to V Trig
Devices are separate and can be used simultaneously.
Connections:
Are by 6.35mm Mono Jack.
Tip = signal
Sleeve = GND
Some synths like the Moog Source use stereo jacks
and the ring connection. So you may need to make up a lead.

Confirmed that it works with KORG KR55 drum machine to say trigger Roland Jupiter4
Power:
Power only needed for S>V Trig
Is via a 2.1mm DC jack. Tip positive.
Use 5-9v + (depending on the required gate voltage for your application)
Green LED lights when Input jack plugged in
